1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 working days
  • United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
  • South Africa: 8–12 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders over €30.
For orders under €30, a standard shipping fee applies and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
All prices shown on our website include VAT.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
This allows you to follow your delivery in real time until it reaches you.

Changes are only possible before the order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled, but you may still return it after delivery.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, and additional conditions may apply.

7. How do I start a return?

To begin a return, email us at contact@oriynthex.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation

We will send you the return instructions and address.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email clear photos of the issue to contact@oriynthex.com, and we will arrange either:

  • Full refund

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

10. Are Oriynthex products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All Oriynthex products include a 30-day quality warranty covering manufacturing defects or issues present upon arrival.

11. Do you ship outside Germany?

Yes, we ship to most EU countries.
